What type of photography services do you offer?
I provide professional portrait, event coverage (including weddings, sports, corporate events), lifestyle sessions, and creative editorial work. I tailor each session to your vision and goals. Let’s talk about a custom package if you have something unique in mind.
How do I book a session with you?
Booking starts with a signed agreement, a client questionnaire (to understand your vision, style, comfortability, etc.) and a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. After that, we’ll coordinate details to ensure your shoot is seamless and stress-free.
do you offer consultations before booking?
Yes! I always recommend a consultation (via phone or video) to connect, discuss your ideas, and ensure we’re a great fit. This sets expectations and elevates the final experience.
Pricing & Payment
How much does your services cost?
Pricing varies by session type, duration, deliverables, and usage rights. I transparently detail costs during consultation and provide custom quotes tailored to your needs depending on if the shoot requires.
are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure my time and block your date. If you need to reschedule, I’ll always do my best to accommodate based on availability.
what payment methods do you accept?
I accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments. Specific instructions are included in your booking contract.
Session Details & Delivery
what is the delivery timeframe?
Portrait & branding sessions: 10–14 business days
Mini sessions: 7–10 business days
Sports, events, and real estate: 5–10 business days depending on scope
Weddings or large-scale events: 4–6 weeks
Sneak peeks may be provided at my discretion for select sessions. Every gallery is carefully edited to maintain quality and consistency — no rushed work, no guesswork.
how will I receive my photos?
Images are delivered via a private online gallery — high-resolution, ready for download, sharing, and printing.
can I get raw/unedited files?
Raw files are not included as part of your standard package. If you’d like them, we can discuss options during booking.
do you offer retouching or photoshop editing?
Yes — basic retouching (color correction, exposure, minor adjustments) is included. Detailed advanced retouching (e.g., skin smoothing, composite edits) is available upon request or in select packages.
logistics & policies
Do you travel for sessions?
Absolutely! Travel depends on location and project scope. For sessions outside standard coverage areas (DE, PA, DC, MD, VA), travel fees may apply. Let’s talk about your location and logistics.
what if it rains on my outdoor shoot?
For weather-dependent sessions, we’ll coordinate a rain plan or alternate date. Your deposit will roll over to the rescheduled session.
what is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date. This retainer reserves time exclusively for you and covers preparation, planning, and lost booking opportunities.
Client cancellations:
If you need to cancel, the retainer is non-refundable.
If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your retainer may be applied toward one rescheduled session within a specified timeframe, subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Client emergencies:
I understand that true emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please communicate as soon as possible. I handle emergency situations with discretion and empathy and will work with you on a reasonable solution when circumstances allow.
Photographer cancellations:
In the unlikely event that I must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to:
Reschedule at the earliest available date, or
Receive a full refund of all payments made
If appropriate and approved by you, I may also recommend a trusted professional photographer as an alternative.
My goal is to be respectful of your time while maintaining fairness and professionalism on both sides of the agreement.

how many photos will I receive?
The number of final images delivered depends on the session type and duration, but I prioritize quality, completeness, and storytelling over arbitrary limits.
You can expect:
Portrait / branding sessions: 20–40 fully edited images
Mini sessions: 10–15 fully edited images
Events & sports: A comprehensive gallery capturing key moments, details, and candid interactions
Weddings: A robust, curated collection that reflects the full day from start to finish

Yes! I guide posing to make you look natural and confident. No awkward moments — just great images.
can I post my photos on social media or print them?
Yes — digital download access includes social-ready files and high-resolution images perfect for printing. Please credit C Stallings Photography when sharing online.
